Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping in Belgium on all orders over €100. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Wanna know more? Slide into our DMs or check the shipping section at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Didn’t vibe with your order? No worries. You have 30 days to send it back, unused and in original condition. Just email us at hello@atelierjean.shop

Heads up: Custom-made pieces are non-refundable. You’re one of a kind, and so is your piece.

Workshops
What’s the difference between open & private workshops?

Open workshops happen on set dates and anyone can join the party. Private ones? You pick the vibe, the people, and the location. Your rules.

Can I book a private workshop at my place?

Hell yes. We can come to you. Home, office, garden party, you name it. Just note: catering is only included when you book at our Antwerp HQ.

How do I request a private workshop?

Slide into our inbox via the form on the workshop page. Let us know your dream setup, and we’ll make it happen (within reason, we’re not magicians… yet).

What’s included in the workshop?

You’ll get all the tools, materials, and good vibes you need to create your own JEAN piece. Plus: guidance, snacks (if you're in Antwerp), and permission to be extra.

Pre-orders
When will my pre-order ship?

Our JEAN charms are made-to-order, baby. Expect a little wait while we make your piece just right. Delivery is foreseen mid-end March. We’ll keep you updated via email, so no ghosting, promise.

Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?

Yes, but everything ships together once your pre-order is ready. Want the in-stock items sooner? Place two separate orders. Go wild.
